AsianDOC Electronic Newsletter 1:2 (June 1998)
Since the publication of our article on the "J Guide: Stanford Guide to Japan Information Resources" (http://fuji.stanford.edu/JGUIDE/) in v. 1, no. 1 of AsainDOC Electronic Newsletter, the J Guide team has implemented a major redesign and update of the J Guide Science & Technology topic directory. Central to this effort has been our new website coordinator, Natsuko Nogi. Development of a search engine interface and link database is also in progress. Since our article, we have also noted yet another shift in relative popularity of the various J Guide topics; in April, interest in the Japanese Language page was strongest. (Shown in the graph below.)
