The Global Shikoku Internet Project is now trilingual in Japanese, English, & French, with links from the Japan WWW Virtual Library at Stanford University .

World Association for Online Education

36 educators from the above online conference are forming a pan-disciplinary World Association for Online Education, a real teachers' organization in cyberspace.
